A place for exchange and tasting, possibly cultural with exhibitions, always in good taste and simplicity, but also modern. The space lends itself to this, as does the welcome around finely-constructed recipes: artichoke and carrot in a cockle broth with vadouvan, herb-crusted fish, braised endives with orange and vanilla emulsion, crispy lamb with mentholated peas and reduced juice, dessert like an avocado rhubarb raspberry fountainbleau... Menu at €45 or €65 (three or five courses).
