Sponsored Like many epicureans who have become regulars, get used to the restaurant's attentive service and gourmet cuisine! It's concocted from first-rate produce, local whenever possible, and transformed into subtle dishes. You'll enjoy revisited classics to delight every palate, including vegetarians and vegans. Above all, become familiar with the concept, unique to Gérardmer, presented by Mathias Millot, a chef with a fine track record. "Available in three to six courses, our surprise menus are a major part of our fine reputation," he explains. Customers let themselves be guided by the inspiration of the restaurateur who, in the summer of 2022, took over this restaurant with its modern, warm and far from stuffy decor. The choice of an intimate atmosphere - with an 18-seat dining room and a terrace that can accommodate 10 guests - and the quality of the cuisine encourage reservations. But don't get too used to the restaurant's name: it will soon change to Cocotte!
