Gault&Millau's review 2025

First and foremost, this address is geographically located in the heart of Kaysersberg, one of Alsace's most beautiful villages, with its half-timbered houses and flower-filled balconies. A Relais & Châteaux member, this 5-star hotel was given a facelift in 2021, making it one of the most attractive refuges in France. Housed in an 18th-century mansion, the 33 rooms and suites offer contemporary refinement with raw materials and luminous tones, antique furniture and carefully selected objets d'art. The wellness area features a heated indoor pool, Jacuzzi, hammam and sauna, extended by a terrace overlooking the vineyards. As for the rest, nothing has changed, and that's just as well for epicureans, who will find intact the delights offered in the gourmet restaurant or the traditional winstub, orchestrated by chef and owner Olivier Nasti, Meilleur ouvrier de France.
