An attractive bistronomic restaurant in the heart of town, with a regional decor of panelling, parquet and carved wood, in the style of Vosges chalets. The bistro version of Les Jardins de Sophie has nothing to be ashamed of in second place, offering seasonal cuisine well executed by Jean-Frédéric Leonhard. The €42.50 menu is well constituted, with an interesting smoked and lacquered salmon accompanied by beautiful asparagus, a fillet of sea bass grilled on the skin with a fricassee of peas and carnaroli risotto, a grilled yellow chicken supreme, mashed potatoes and early vegetables, and a cherry chocolate tartlet. Classic cellar.
