Chef's Restaurant At the end of 2023, after several weeks of renovation work, the Tagliani moved into their new Quai 21 in place of the "Trois Poissons". Younger and dapper, the brand-new décor, designed by Isabelle Mariotte, cultivates a diversity of materials - walls stretched with blue chevrons made from cowhide - while the works of art by graffiti artist Sven wink at street art. The dishes are inventive, piling up textures and colors, harmonizing French classicism and exotic flavors in a fusion spirit at affordable prices. The "Quai 21" menu features a product that has become rare in restaurants: duck foie gras from the South-West, accompanied by a delicate almond cream and a fine Morello cherry-celery chutney. Thin strips of barely cooked Alsatian trout are escorted by a little fromage blanc for freshness, while hazelnut granola adds a crunchy touch. Lemon paste and raz el hanout sauce embellish the filet of duck à la plancha with delicately oriental flavors. The elegantly presented "Label Rouge" strawberry gariguette dessert, with its quark and elderberry sorbet and pistachio cream, is a fresh, gourmet finish. Gourmets can rest assured: despite the move, the pleasure of the table remains intact, as Frédéric Tagliani, former second-in-command to Olivier Nasti, JY'S and Haeberlin, continues to offer tasty cuisine.
