Gault&Millau's review 2025

Located in the Petite Venise neighborhood and overlooking a canal, this hotel is housed in a beautiful half-timbered house with an inner courtyard. The 13 rooms and suites blend traditional Alsatian charm with a more contemporary decor, featuring designer furniture and spacious bathrooms. A warm and unpretentious spot, with special mention for the “organic and gourmet” breakfasts, served in the dining room, which offers one of the most beautiful views of the city, with the boats on the Lauch River and the pastel-colored houses lining the quay.
