Gault&Millau's review 2026

Trained by the likes of Jean-François Piège and Alain Dutournier, Jean Kuentz returned to Alsace to bring to life this beautiful house on the Little Venice road. The red building is clearly recognizable, with its beautiful covered balcony and warm color scheme. Here, the chef serves up contemporary gastronomy, revisiting and mastering dishes such as a velouté of glazed peas, feta and mustard ice cream, shrimp carpaccio, pommes allumettes and sucrine heart, Mont Ventoux sausage, mashed potatoes and gravy. Classic desserts.
