The red building is clearly recognizable, with its beautiful covered balcony and warm color scheme. Here, the chef serves up contemporary gastronomy, revisiting and mastering dishes such as a velouté of glazed peas, feta and mustard ice cream, shrimp carpaccio, pommes allumettes and sucrine heart, Mont Ventoux sausage, mashed potatoes and gravy.
