Not far from the Halles and Petite Venise, this contemporary bistro is well located in historic Colmar, offering a more contemporary cuisine, a change from the usual traditional and regional menus. The dishes on offer are of a high standard, including Alsatian trout with gin, trout roe, coral lentils and sweet-spice vinaigrette, rib steak, chimichurri and béarnaise with duck-fat fries, lemon crème brûlée and sorbets.
