A small restaurant in the historic downtown area, serving high-quality contemporary cuisine. The finest ingredients take center stage: duck foie gras from the Puntoun farm with candied lemon and black garlic, rock octopus à la plancha with sauce vierge and celery mousseline, roasted vegetables; a fillet of Irish Black Angus beef with a wine merchant’s sauce and Béarnaise sauce; and a chocolate mousse with salted butter caramel and white coffee ice cream.
