Original Restaurant Every winstub makes a strong case for authenticity. This house in the town's busiest historic alleyway is not short of arguments, in its simple decor with varnished wooden furniture, and in its choice of dishes, from classic Alsatian to surprisingly exotic, with prawn nems alongside snails, fleischnackas, sauerkraut and beef gros sel backed up by grilled salmon risotto. Albert Mann and Colette Faller bring a certain guarantee to the cellar.
