In the Petite Venise neighborhood, the eponymous winstub is one of the most down-to-earth spots on the street, offering a wonderful Alsatian experience in a dreamlike setting. No frills, just traditional recipes done right, including escargots, salad with shavings of Munster cheese, fleischnakas, beef with coarse salt, the must-try sauerkraut, and iced kougelhopf.
