Remarkable Restaurant Ludovic Pouzelgues has been in the spotlight for eleven years in Nantes, and has been a three-toque chef for six! Following the trend of the "petits jeunes", which he helped to popularize, he operates, for his acquired clientele, on imposed hidden menus, limiting losses and staff. On a day-to-day basis, the atmosphere is one of regulars, with market produce prepared with science and conscience, and the result is always convincing. The wine list is equally surprising, with many new discoveries.
