Chef's Restaurant Ten years on and still leading the way. Pickles is a style, the one imprinted by his mentor Dominic Quirke, both popular and elegant. Clarity and taste in the plates, always, no frills, appropriating trends in a professional and thoughtful way! tartlette coques céleri pomme chou kale tofu fumé et livèche, bœuf bio de race jersiaise chou-fleur sauce patate douce carotte sauge, coing oseille tonka... Here's a very pleasant sequence for €42, helped by service in the same spirit and a cellar full of the same spirit of discovery and sincerity.
