Gault&Millau's review 2026

The ideal bistro, where every epicurean dreams of going. Don't you just love hidden menus? Neither do we. Here, nothing is imposed, especially not. Here at Véronique and Christophe François, the only leitmotiv is good living and good eating. Fish, meat, offal, game, mushrooms - all topped with the generosity and sharing spirit of a bouchon. The other day, we threw ourselves on the rabbit effilochée purée with prune shallot olives, the monkfish mousseline in raviole and lemongrass bisque, before finishing on the apple confit tatin with yoghurt ice cream. Wine is also a priority, with the sound of corkscrews everywhere and a fine regional choice (Luneau Papin, Tessa Laroche, Mélaric, Guiberteau, Sanzay...).
