Gourmet Restaurant No need for a hologram! Eddy Derré is almost ubiquitous, running a winery and a restaurant next door to each other, a stone's throw from the marina, with the same enthusiasm, verve and professionalism. Of course, his punchy, smiling staff confidently backs him up. Organized around three dazzling menus complemented by "suggestions of the day", the cuisine is in tune with local resources - mostly marine - and the rhythm of the seasons. Take, for example, this fresh and tasty starter: boneless sea bream stuffed with seaweed and spinach, accompanied by parsnips (fried and remoulade). The whole dish is dressed with an old-fashioned mustard and horseradish vinaigrette. To follow, fresh cod with aïoli brightens the plate. The beautiful cod "marinated for an hour" is cooked en papillote. The texture is perfect. Covered with thin slices of sandy carrot, it rests on a bed of firm, tender potatoes. As for the Aïoli, with its well-balanced taste, it has found a fine embassy in Brittany. To refresh the palate, kiwi fruit in a variety of textures (plain, ice cream, Sichuan pepper ganache) is a great success. The wine list is naturally interesting: saumur-champigny Levron et Vincenot, saint chinian from domaine La Dournie, auxey-duresses from domaine Coche-Dury... But also "more confidential" wines like jasnières or clos Saint-Fiacre.
