Julien Corderoch's restaurant is a must in the center of Lorient, a modern establishment where the chef works from a blind menu, creating dishes inspired by his background, the Atlantic region and his travels. Trained by Jean-Paul Abadie, Philippe Le Lay and Jérémy Le Calvez, the chef is open-minded, knowing how to pay tribute to classic cuisine as well as think up new combinations, playing on textures and contrasts. You can choose between two tasting menus, with five and eight courses, at €75 and €115, in which the chef unleashes his creativity in both dressings and pairings. As an introduction, the three-course lunch menu is highly recommended. Good service.
