Located between Quimper and Lorient, and just a few minutes from the beach at Kerfany-les-Pins, this former mill has preserved its original architecture, with thick stone walls overlooking a river. Built in the 14th century to supply the nearby Château de Carnoët, the site has stood the test of time before being transformed into an inn in the 1960s, a favorite haunt of political and artistic personalities (Romy Schneider was a regular guest). Extensively restored in 2010, it is now an eco-hotel with 15 refined, cosy rooms, opening onto the river or the immense 15-hectare park refreshed by waterfalls. An ideal place to recharge your batteries, the site also boasts the nearby Au Fil de l'eau wellness chalet, offering a range of treatments and massages, as well as an indoor swimming pool. Last but not least, Le Raphaël is open for dinner from Thursday to Sunday.
