Gault&Millau's review 2026

A great idea for a bistro not far from the port, brought to life by Baptiste and Émilie; a lively, contemporary place, defending current, well-crafted ideas. The address already has a loyal following, who appreciate the excellent value for money and good humor. For just €23, a seasonal menu that's evolving very well: egg mayonnaise and cauliflower, country terrine and chicken liver, spider pork grilled in the fireplace, carrots and mushrooms, cabbage, diplomat cream and salted butter caramel. In the evening, we move on to the à la carte menu, with even more elaborate recipes.
