Gourmet Restaurant S’il fallait recommander une table à Valmy, ce serait sans beaucoup d’hésitation ce charmant bistrot de la grande rue de Vaise. Ouvert en 2016 par Rémi Charvet, l’établissement peut compter sur la cuisine d’Emmanuel Decloitre, des classiques actualisés d’une exécution convaincante. Les menus changent souvent, pour y passer souvent sans tourner en rond : pressé de bœuf, glace moutarde, condiment curry madras, un poisson, sabayon agrumes et confit kumquat, un saucisson chaud, condiment pistache et sauce vin rouge, une mousse au chocolat, sablé noisette et glace au thym. Petite cave de bonne constitution (Jérémy Huchet, les Bérioles, Jean-François Malsert).
