Gourmet Restaurant Efficiency at every level is sought and found here in this lively setting, an attractive pocket-sized room where the service is professional to deliver plates of consistent quality in cooked bistro format: confit leek and fresh goat's cheese, green leek oil, farmhouse pork loin with spices, reduced meat jus, citrus cookie and vanilla mascarpone. The toque is easily confirmed, the wine list is short and predominantly organic, and the overall prices are fair.
