Gourmet Restaurant In this pretty house with its well-kept décor, terracotta floor tiles, wood and vegetation, the atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, the cuisine focused on local seasonal produce. Aided by discreet, efficient service, the moment is always right, and the dishes follow on from one another at a very good level: split pea mousseline with verbena, salmon gravlax, celery-apple gel, radish, a fine gourmet preparation for the main course, yellow chicken fillet, potato and morel mushrooms, mandarin and clementine cream, mint chantilly, almond crumble. A good selection of organic wines from all over France, and a wide choice of beers.
