Gourmet Restaurant Apart from Paul Bocuse's brasserie L'Ouest, this part of Vaise, which has been totally transformed into a business district over the last fifteen years, is more the reign of street food and chain sushi. Since 2018, Grégory Félix, with a serious pedigree (apprenticeship at L'Étage restaurant, place des Terreaux, at the age of 14, Jean Brouilly, in Tarare, Christian Sinicropi at Martinez, Éric Ripert in the Cayman Islands, Paul Bocuse brasseries at L'Est and Marguerite), has put down his knives on rue de Saint-Cyr, in this place that doesn't pay much attention to itself but houses an enchanting patio, with a large fig tree that is very fragrant in summer. The basics are there (a fine, tasty liver cake, a juicy veal with eggplant and a touch of bell pepper in a dish that lacks a little relief, a rhubarb compote with pistachio cookie and chantilly), the value for money is good, the wine list honest, and the moment can become very pleasant if all the planets align.
