Chef's Restaurant The successful combination of atmosphere and food is a delicate alchemy. Pierre-Michaël Martin, who knows the habits of the Lyonnais very well, has succeeded in a few seasons in offering the ideal combo. Near the fresco of the Lyonnais, facing the beautiful facades along the Saône, his gourmet rendez-vous, in this rustic yet refined room where wood is omnipresent, is in phase with his creations that are as graphic as they are tasty: Matured beef tartare, Buddha's hand, anchovies and pecans; scallops cooked to perfection with a gourmet Dieppoise sauce, sweetbreads, langoustines and squash in a declension, everything is sensuous and voluptuous, despite the inconvenience of the imposed, blind menu. One very professional waitress, well-stocked cellar, wine by the glass also blind.
