Original Restaurant A great value for the neighborhood: this Stella brasserie shines on Victor Hugo with its well-maintained tradition, old-fashioned service and traditional dishes: museau vinaigrette, mayo egg, tartare, calf's liver à l'anglaise, andouillette à la ficelle, breaded pig's trotters, plus the banalities of the century, sea bream ceviche or salmon parmesan tagliatelle.
