Part of the Evok collection, this 5-star gem is nestled in a former mail sorting center reimagined by star designer Philippe Starck, who has created a unique living space here—warm, relaxed, and refined. The 7,000-square-meter space houses 52 rooms and 7 luxurious, ultra-comfortable suites, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows, raw marble and slate, masks, engravings, photographs, and spacious terraces for the suites. But the property also offers a range of amenities designed to appeal to both travelers and locals: an exclusive fitness club with a 22-meter-long pool (open 24/7), a sauna, a steam room, an impressive fitness center, and treatment suites featuring the expertise of the Clarins brand. On the dining front, the restaurant is a “hot spot” in the capital, led by Adam Bentalha, who delights guests with cuisine featuring exotic flavors served in the ultra-chic dining room or with more Asian-inspired dishes on the first-floor terrace. The final gem is the rooftop with its sumptuous view of Paris, where you can sip a cocktail while admiring the urban garden suspended in the sky, complete with a vegetable patch and even a chicken coop.
