Gault&Millau's review2026
A beloved staple of French cuisine since 1904, this neighborhood restaurant carefully curates its menu, modernizing it with subtle touches under successive chefs: onion soup, chicken liver terrine with morel mushrooms, entrecôte with Béarnaise sauce, veal sweetbreads with mushrooms, profiteroles. Start with an appetizer platter, or opt for something lighter like tomato carpaccio and eggplant with goat cheese. Extensive wine cellar with excellent selections (Jean-Paul Brun, Vieux Télégraphe, Doussot-Rollet…).
