Nothing is missing from this picture, which depicts in minute detail the great tradition of Parisian bistros in the art nouveau style: the zinc counter, the earthenware on the walls, the mosaics (classified) on the floor and the soft banquettes, which have however swapped their traditional red for a green of the most beautiful effect. The cuisine is just as traditional, with a diligent sweep of the great classics - eggs mayo, onion soup au gratin, rump steak au poivre and profiteroles - served by a committed and smiling staff. An extensive cellar, with a wide choice of bottles under 50 euros.
