Sponsored The initials of the owners - Sandrine, a native of the region, and her husband, Chef Yoan Koenig - gave the name to this hotel-restaurant. Their ambition is to offer top-of-the-range cuisine at affordable prices (starter, main course and dessert at €23.50 for lunch). Suggestions are homemade with quality, seasonal raw ingredients, according to the inspiration of the Chef, who masters the various cooking methods perfectly. "In this infinite panoply, I like to work with different textures of vegetables and fruit, as they add depth to each proposal," he explains. And while his menu varies regularly, Le S'Y is renowned for signature recipes such as beef tenderloin marinated in Thai spice infusion before searing, or, for dessert, upside-down lemon tart. It is with the demands of aesthetes that the Chef creates beautiful dressings, and those of fine palates that he has built his wine list, with the help of sommeliers, winemakers and wine merchants. With its two dining rooms, spacious terrace and three-star rooms, Le S'Y is also the perfect venue for your events.
