An Auberge de Pays as we like it, this address on the road to Forbach is a rare traditional experience. With its milled wood and silverware, the premises set the standard and the chef's plates confirm it, all classicism and savoir-faire: pressed rabbit with foie gras, turbot fillet, quail fillet with lentils...
