An established name, in the guide for a quarter of a century, it continues to delight Saumur locals with its traditional cuisine, well executed and seasoned with modern flair, in a fair and varied menu: stuffed snails, foie gras with mango, pineapple and ginger chutney, chicken supreme with pommes paysanne and rosemary sauce, lemon crème brûlée.
