Original Restaurant In contrast to their second address in the Palais Grillet bouchon, the comptoir d'Ainay is an opportunity for Claire Dreyer and Romain Renard to develop a market cuisine, less oriented towards tradition. The menu features top-notch bistro dishes, such as œuf meurette, salmon tartare, octopus salad, tuna steak in miso broth, linguine with prawns, Bobosse andouillette with two mustards, and fig tart. Cellar adapted.
