Gourmet Restaurant The truly red façade is an invitation to have a drink at the counter, but also, more broadly, to make a little gourmet stop, aided by a connoisseur's cellar. Salade lyonnaise, acras, escargots, andouillette Bobosse, joue de boeuf, risotto, but also tuna pavé in miso broth and eggplant parmesan, to keep things local, are the perfect accompaniment to Jacouton's saint-joseph or Christelle Betton's crozes.
