Original Restaurant Thomas Ponson's bouchon address plays on tradition, with its warm, old-fashioned decor, molded wood, gingham tablecloths, exposed beams and stonework, and classic Lyonnais cuisine on the slate. The format is well-calibrated, with a warm atmosphere, well-executed recipes and efficient service. Depending on the season, you'll come across egg meurette, country terrine, pistachio sausage with canut brains, Charolais beef with shallot and red wine sauce, and caramelized French toast. Menu €31.
