Opposite its gastronomic restaurant, the Bouchon Thomas takes the same approach, but in a different style: good food at a good price. Here, the Lyonnais theme is defended with vigor and savoir-faire: poultry liver cake, andouillette with veal strawberry, pistachio hot sausage and canut brains... A good Lyonnais menu with standard desserts (crème brûlée, fondant, vacherin...).
