Chef's Restaurant Thomas is a kind of champion of attractive menus at reasonable prices, with gastronomy that's both appealing and understandable, in an excellent atmosphere. The dapper red façade announces color and wit, as seen on the plate of this fine €49 menu: scallops, Jerusalem artichoke and kumquat plancha, red partridge in green cabbage leaf, foie gras with chestnut and smoked bacon, crispy praline mushroom ice cream with porcini mushroom and mascarpone espuma. Round out the menu with suggestions and, on another occasion, the delicious €27 lunchtime market menu.
