Gourmet Restaurant A rather discreet, well-placed table, elegant table setting and refined cuisine that asserts its toque. The Marché menu for lunch is well placed at €28, but the house, with its slightly intimate feel, is more of an evening table, offering a good classic range in its €58 formula (€65 with cheese): creamy perfect egg with mushroom foie gras emulsion, crispy fillet of beef polenta and caramelized onions, Galician cecina and leek oil jus, crispy Guayaquil chocolate cream with red fruit cocoa nibs and blackcurrant sorbet. Classic cellar selection from around the region.
