Gourmet Restaurant In the heart of the Côte de Nuits region, the home of Éric and Martine Claudel offers a change of scenery, where the terroir takes center stage. Playing with local produce and the seasons, the chef takes on the classics for a technical and gourmet plate. On the menu, the region's traditions are well represented, with snail clafoutis with parsley cream, pike-perch fillet with Epoisses sauce, coq au vin and roast veal kidney with verjuice. Sweet treats include profiteroles, strawberry crumble and fine apple tart. Well-established cellar.
