The menu features both reimagined classics and more creative ideas, blended into a consistently appealing selection that sets a high standard for Burgundian cuisine. Treat yourself to the Burgundian vol-au-vent, asparagus with hazelnuts and Parmesan, fresh-caught fish in sauce vierge with fennel and seasonal vegetables, a slow-cooked coq au vin with red wine, carrot purée, and vegetables, and delicious chocolate profiteroles.
