Chef's Restaurant Excellence and buddies make a supreme alliance to create a beautiful country inn, chic and cool, where you can enjoy good food in all elegance. Les Griottes is the brainchild of MOF Guillaume Royer (known from his work with Christophe Bacquié) and his associates, entirely dedicated to the creation of a universally pleasurable dining experience, capable of satisfying enlightened amateurs and tourists alike. The result lives up to expectations, with professional dishes: poultry and veal pâté croûte, trumpets, cognac and vegetable pickles, trout pavé cooked in olive oil, siphon in the spirit of a choron sauce, a rooster, confit leg, red wine sauce, Tanay mushrooms and rosemary note, a Côte-d'Or cow's milk waffle, Flavigny strawberry-anise jam or hazelnut gianduja ganache. The cellar follows closely, with nuggets and great Burgundy references.
