Chef's Restaurant It's a charming old stone Burgundy house, an invitation to rediscover the heritage of Côte de Nuits wines and local traditions, elegantly interpreted by chef Matthieu Mazoyer. Whether in the cellar or in the dining room, with its magnificent wine cabinet displaying over five hundred references, the chef's plates make sense, for a convincing moment of gastronomy. We start with a crispy sphere of foie gras and pigeon, juniper berry jus, a back of pike-perch, roasted cauliflower jus and truffle, then a marbré of cochon cul noir and bacon jus, a dessert of physalis, goat's yogurt and chestnut shortbread.
