Chef's Restaurant Better than a village bistro, this annex of Thomas Collomb's gastro is one of the best Burgundian spots in this world-famous winegrowing fiefdom. Country cooking of its time, beautifully presented by a hard-working team who know how to give pleasure: with snails, pig's head pâté, veal blanquette or Bresse poultry with Etrez cream and gratin dauphinois, but also with heart of tuna with cabbage and ginger or octopus with green asparagus, peas and ventrèche with spice juice.... As an aperitif, the crispy pig's trotter and parsley ham make a great impression, as do the chocolate and Madagascar vanilla profiteroles. Good cellar, well-stocked menu at €32.
