Remarkable Restaurant One of those mythical addresses that everyone wishes would change nothing while changing everything. By way of compromise, you can still take the elevator back to legend, have some caviar, the famous truffle and foie gras macaroni from Jean-Louis Nomicos, who is back in business to the delight of his admirers, including us, and savor once again under the starry sky offered by the sunroof the no less famous André Malraux squab, before the Elysées-Lasserre timbale. Nostalgia may have a cost, but the quality of the memory does not. Good introductory menu at €170.
