Chef's Restaurant The bolts are tightened, as they should be, to guarantee Plaza quality in every restaurant unit. At Le Relais, the cuisine of "Mamie et Jean" (Imbert) naturally finds its place in a beautiful setting: with terrines, mimosa egg, langoustine mayo, sweetbreads with chanterelle mushrooms and sea bass en croûte with Choron sauce, perfect examples of bourgeois cooking that has been dusted off and succeeded, following strict specifications, right down to the Madagascar vanilla millefeuille. Nice weekly menu, smiling, young, invigorating service.
