The dishes pay homage to culinary heritage, executed with care and precision. The pleasure is genuine, immediate, and seamless. The lunch menus at €65 or €75 seem to be the most balanced option: they offer a taste of the restaurant’s world at a reasonable price. The weekly menu adds a well-thought-out touch of variety.
