Remarkable Restaurant Having fallen somewhat into disuse in the 2000s, sometimes derided for its immobility, the Tour d'Argent has been enjoying a new lease of life for some years now - rather like Notre Dame, which seems so close behind the bay windows that you almost feel you can tickle its gargoyles - because the fashion for grand bourgeois cuisine is in full swing, and the Terrail family has become aware of the tasks that need to be accomplished to restore the Tour to its former glory. For good measure, of course, it was necessary to place a MOF in the kitchen (Yannick Franques, the ideal profile), someone capable of making to perfection the quenelle cardinal, filet de sole Sully, tourte de caneton or crêpes Mademoiselle, all dishes that have meaning and nobility only at the Tour d'Argent. The cellar is incomparable, and commented on by a sommelier capable of adapting to all budgets.
