Gourmet Restaurant Just outside Mont Lozère, Claude Bergounhe and Jean-François Combes pay gourmet tribute to local cuisine, in a warm and authentic country inn. The classics are deployed with great generosity, and you'll come back for an experience that never loses its flavor: the plate of cochonnailles, the plate of conchiglioni, shrimp, crayfish tails with sweet spices and roasted bonito rouelle, the Aubrac ribeye just pan-fried with fleur de sel and strong jus... Friendly service.
