Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the Gévaudan region, this beautiful 19th-century château underwent a facelift in 2010 and now boasts a highly contemporary look, offering a welcome alternative to the region's traditional accommodation. The 18 sleek rooms and suites feature modern works of art and open onto a 12-hectare park with the Aubrac and Margeride mountains as a backdrop. The hotel offers top-quality catering with its gourmet restaurant Le Théophile, and boasts another nugget, La Grange à Bulles, a wellness area (located 5 minutes from the hotel) with heated swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, fitness room and customized treatment rooms (relaxing massages, body sculpting or reflexology).
