Situated in the heart of the splendid fortified town, this beautiful inn makes the most of the charm of this 16th-century stone house, which becomes the setting for a most disorientating medievalist experience, between the tapestries, the vaults and the discreet wooden furnishings, which leave plenty of room for the architecture. At the table, the chef offers an accessible and classic cuisine, for sincere pleasure, especially when it comes to good execution. The menu includes maouche with prunes, green asparagus, sheep's milk brousse and Serrano chips, cod steak with pea velouté, Lozère beef fillet with boletus coulis and chestnut fondant.
