Driven by Sinan's enthusiasm, the lab teams create pizza doughs, fresh pastas, foccaccias, antipastis, sauces and desserts according to the season. The teams in the dining room ensure pleasant service. The short à la carte menu is an opportunity to discover creations and revisits of popular recipes, using noble products cooked according to the Chef's inspiration. These include arancini, strataciella with truffle, and the refined pizza with artichoke cream, herb ham, mushrooms, basil and arugula. La Bellissima also offers a wide range of pizzas to take away: you'll find the great classics like the Régina or the 4-Cheese, whose creative version, served in the restaurant, is a great success.
