Having worked for Pierre Gagnaire, Dominique Ducrettet has moved to the north of Isère to open his own gourmet restaurant. With his wife, he brings to life this beautiful 18th-century bourgeois house, also a 3* hotel, where you can enjoy a chic, classic atmosphere for a romantic weekend or a seminar. On the €55 menu, mallard pie with thyme and foie gras, roast farm guinea fowl, wood powder, small stuffings, endives and salsify, or a galette de houblon, raw and cooked apple, caramelized antésite.
