Remarkable Restaurant A beautiful traditional manor house decorated in a contemporary spirit. Romain and Oriane Hubert have reproduced the concept on their plates. The products are mainly local, and are worked with modernity and originality. The values proposed are the fight against waste, the promotion of local produce and the emphasis on plants. Particular attention is paid to presentation, and the culinary experience begins with a feast for the eyes. Tasting is just as pleasurable, as seasonal produce is masterfully handled: asparagus, eggs from the Noirettes farm, vegetable herbs or rabbit from the Terrier farm, turnips, juniper, everything is beautifully cooked and enhanced by different herbs and other plants. Creative and inspired. Those with a sweet tooth will discover the Chef's signature dessert: the Cube à l'antésite, featuring one of the local specialties. The wine list offers classics as well as wines from small producers, and the service is very fluid.
