Remarkable Restaurant Just a few minutes from the "Village des Marques", you can enjoy two fine establishments in between your shopping sprees. Lo Fieu, a sort of gourmet thatched cottage where the cuisine is all about the fire. And in its gastronomic variation, l'Émulsion. The young team surfs on the values of the moment, respecting the staff's schedules (don't venture to hang around the table after 11.30pm) as well as ecology. You'll keep your cutlery throughout your meal, and your peelings will be in good hands here. There's no doubt that the team led by Oriane and Romain Hubert know how to cook. The plates are bursting with color. The trout tartlet is unparalleled in its freshness, as is this Arctic char from Olivier Parpillon. A hint of oxalis and a buttery radish bring it all together. The vegetable dish with verbena and carrot is graphic and visual. As for the rabbit, the only meat on today's menu, it's gourmet and accompanied by a magnificent, well-reduced jus. There's no doubting the chef's exceptional skill as a saucier. Two skilfully crafted desserts bring the meal to a delicious close. Antesite, bergamot and mint is "the house hit". A delicacy that regulars love to hum along to. The feuille à feuille, with Nicolas Berger's chocolate, is also a lovely, gentle creation. The wine list boasts some fine selections, including a wide range of Corsican wines. And there's everything you need here, from pairings to self-selection. Expectable prices for an attractive table.
