Chef's Restaurant It's an exceptional place in the heart of Gascony, a magnificent 18thᵉ century Carthusian monastery with its blond brick arches, its 5* hotel and twenty-five rooms, its wellness spa, its discreet luxury and beautiful salons, not forgetting Jérôme Artiguebere's gourmet table. The Relais & Châteaux is an ode to elegance and good taste, from the setting to the plates, revealing a classic cuisine that always hits the mark. The seasonal menu includes eggs in shell with snails in a puff pastry hat, hake with piquillo mushrooms, cockle chaud-froid and spinach shoots, confit veal chuck, spice veil and cumin lemon, a mirliton, rhubarb ice cream and ginger foam. Very fine cellar. From €60.
