Just a few minutes' drive from the center of Auch, this former farmhouse has been transformed into a hotel-restaurant, much to the delight of its loyal guests, who love this country retreat. A clever mix of Gers architecture for the historic building and contemporary design for the 10 wooden lodges set near the swimming pool, the establishment offers 29 rooms. A special mention goes to chef Maxime Deschamps, who treats his guests to skilfully prepared local produce, with vegetables straight from the estate's kitchen garden. A perfect venue for family reunions, with two beautiful function rooms and, to the delight of children, two escape games!
