Coralie Gauvrit and Antoine Latry chose to settle in this welcoming corner of the Landes d'Armagnac, to develop the simple, straightforward cuisine they learned so well from the Coussau family in Magescq. The results, after just a few months, are convincing, and this new auberge is a blessing for the canton. A pleasant sequence during our visit, with the soft-boiled egg, breaded, surrounded by Colonnata bacon, sweet potato siphon and oyster mushrooms, the good snacked hake, smoked bacon cream, pearl oil and spinach, the chocolate croque-maïs, Espelette pepper jelly and grué mousse, a dessert that's diligent and appealing. A short wine list under construction, Coralie's efficient, smiling welcome and service.
