Gault&Millau's review 2025

Michel Trama's exceptional, multi-award-winning cuisine needs no introduction. Less well known, however, is the fact that this humanist chef has transformed his 13th-century home into a refined hotel, conceived as the ideal family home. The original beams and fireplaces, oak staircases and terracotta floor tiles have all been preserved. All this is enhanced by the decor of designer Jacques Garcia, who has enriched the lounges with large tapestries, sumptuous chandeliers and lion-legged sofas... The 9 rooms and suites reflect this flamboyant luxury, with velvet drapes, four-poster beds and thick carpets, some of which are extended by small terraces. A number of furnished apartments and an outdoor swimming pool complete the offer of this 5-star refuge, member of the Relais & Châteaux group.
