Gault&Millau's review 2025

This roadside Logis Hôtel is worth more than its ordinary appearance: the cuisine is valiant and even virtuously regional, respecting codes and glorifying them through a menu that moves little and is always tempting: foie gras au torchon, homemade pastifret, Gers chicken in crapaudine with shallot confit, homemade pork chop with floc caramel, cassoulet with duck confit.... And we finish, of course, with the "authentic Gondrin Gascon croustade", with apples and armagnac. Friendly prices, including wines from nearby vineyards, many under €20.
