Opposite the fortified village, this former farmhouse is now home to a 3* inn, whose reputation is built on the rusticity and local charm that make the Gers experience so authentic. Fans sometimes come from far and wide to appreciate this regional sweetness of life, confirmed on the plate by the Gascon ideas of the chef, who develops the classics in due form: salad of duck gizzards confit, cod back, onion compote, leeks and crunchy vegetables, duck manchons confit, Gascony mustard sauce, a Gers beef steak grilled with Guérande fleur de sel and shallot sauce.
