Gourmet Restaurant A charming house, with half-timbering, a beautiful garden and good manners. The terroir is well represented in the €36 menu, with its evocative titles of musketeer cuisine ("Audace", "Ardeur", "Fougue", "Fierté"...). Derrière cet enthousiasme communicatif se cache une assiette sincère et bien travaillée : magret de palombe grillé, chanterelles et noisettes torréfiées, vol-au-vent de volaille gasconne pois carrés et petits légumes, mendiant aux pruneaux sauce chocolat glace armagnac. And there's even more to come, such as escalope of warm foie gras or sweetbreads confit in duck fat.
